Day 128
I got up around 7am, having woken about 6am.
The electric went off. I waited. It came back on.
I showered all the time hoping that the electricity wouldn't go off an leave me in the dark, to fumble around like it did once on a trip to Siem Reap. I breakfasted on toast, butter and 3 in1 coffee.
I had about an hour working on The Blue Lotus magazine, and now there's just the checking to do before publishing. Next there are a couple of digital projects I want to work on. One is continuing digital chapbooks. I've done three black and white before, but never really publicized them. I have three months before the next issue of The Blue Lotus magazine, and who knows what is going to happen in that time. But change will happen, of that I am certain.
Lunch is four small Chicken Egg Bananas.
Today's class is about decay and restoration, starting in 20 minutes.
The class ran over time, which I suppose is a good thing. YouTube helps a lot with these classes. Today I was able to explain paper making, as well as the conservation of paper, watercolours and the handling of fragile paper through visual aid videos. Basically I am taking them through some of what I learned during my Masters in Gallery Studies, and a little of what I have learned since.
Dinner is a salad sandwich with mayo and sambal Blachan.
I watch Perry Mason (New series) and Morse (series 5) on this very same Samsung hand phone that I am writing this on, whilst laying on this bed, in the Far East and half way around the world from where I was born. Therefore its from the old Roman town of Colchester, to the ancient city of Angkor. You could say that my life is in ruins, ha ha ha.
